convenient location fast internet accommodating staff malfunctioning air conditioning irritating situation uncomfortable temperature

the hotel location was convenient for accessing the smx convention center it helped us recover and rest after our event. fast internet was available in the room. the staff offered friendly smiles and were accommodating to our needs.

the air conditioning unit stopped functioning a couple of hours before checkout it was irritating. the aircon wasn't cold as i expected it. i was busy fixing my things but i was sweating since the aircon had stopped working.

The hotel provides convenient free parking, a definite plus for drivers. Breakfast includes many ASEAN food choices. My room was very clean and quiet. The bed was particularly comfortable, which I greatly appreciated after my travels. I was grateful for that.

The elevator access was not intuitive initially. It took some time to figure out the route.

i got upgraded to a suite room, yippee! breakfast for three was included and it was totally delicious with a good selection. check-in and check-out were super smooth and the staff helped with our luggage. they were polite and nice, i loved that.

the air conditioning was not strong enough. it took ages to cool the room!

the gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the business center offers two computers and a printer. there is also a pool area with twenty loungers, so awesome!

the room was spacious it included a king bed. the internet access was fast it helped me stay connected. the staff was friendly and accommodating they addressed my needs promptly.

the air conditioning was not very effective it struggled to cool the room. i encountered some noise from the street even with the windows closed. the elevators were small there were often long waits.

The room smelled quite musty. It resembled old, damp cloth. the air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently. also, finding the room reminded me of navigating a maze. I had to walk past several other rooms.
